Chiropractic Care

We are dedicated to getting you feeling better, as quickly as possible

Chiropractic is based upon the understanding that good health depends, in part, upon a normally functioning nervous system.
Chiropractic works by helping to restore your own inborn ability to be healthy. When under the proper control of your nervous system, all the cells, tissue, and organs of your body are designed to function well and resist disease and ill health. The chiropractic approach to better health is to locate and help reduce interferences to your natural state of being healthy.

Chiropractic adjustments restore motion and overcomes abnormal restrictive barriers which helps:

  • Restore motion – both symmetry and range of motion
  • Normalise biomechanics and load distribution
  • Pump out waste products and oedematous fluid
  • Improves nutrition to discs and articular cartilage
  • Relax tight muscles
  • Normalise proprioception – joint position sense
  • Stimulate sensory-motor reflexes which improves dynamic muscular stabilization of joints
  • Accelerate healing (movement increases metabolic rate and increases collagen and protein production)
  • Improves the alignment of new connective tissue.
